Job Description
This Systems Engineer position is a non-traditional engineering position focused on a subset of the systems engineering discipline. Pardus Systems Engineers are responsible for metrics collection and reporting; configuration management; and status reporting. The Systems Engineering team provides support to Acquisition Consultants, Trainers, and other office staff. As such, the Systems Engineer provides highly visible support in the areas of documentation management, metrics analysis, and reporting to customer teams.
Systems Engineers daily work activities may include any of the following:
• Coordinate collection of metrics by interfacing with team members to elicit information
• Compile metrics in meaningful ways to communicate key parameters for reporting
• Implement and maintain configuration management and documentation management processes
• Coordinate all aspects of the Configuration Control Board (CCB) to include developing the agenda, coordinating inputs from document authors, ensuring adequate review of CCB items prior to disposition, and facilitating CCB meetings
• Maintain positive configuration control of CCB items
• Make CCB-controlled items widely accessible to team members and the customer community
• Develop regularly-occurring reports for customer audience

• Candidate must possess a security clearance at the TS/SCI level with a CI polygraph
